The staff not only provided impeccable service but went above and beyond in ensuring our needs were met, from arranging transportation to offering personalized recommendations for nearby attractions. The attention to detail in the decor, especially the unique Christmas decorations, created a cozy and luxurious ambiance that made us feel truly pampered. The soundproofed rooms offered a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Venice. The complimentary room upgrade to a themed room with a private balcony provided a special touch, allowing us to enjoy stunning views of the city.
